PURPOSES AND MISSION
Women's Business Network (WBN) is built on a tradition of women helping women in the workplace through our Three R's: Relationships, Resources, and Referrals. A program of the Wellesley Chamber of Commerce, WBN is a forum where members can meet, collaborate with, and support other working women. By connecting with other businesswomen, members build and nourish valuable personal and business relationships, and share and expand resources. As a result, referrals can often be a natural outcome.
WBN promotes and supports women's careers through:
- Building personal and professional contacts
- Offering monthly speaker programs
- Supporting the professional development and success of members
- Strengthening the professional image of members
- Encouraging mentoring relationships
WBN is a group of business, professional and entrepreneurial women from many diverse fields in the MetroWest Boston area. There are no professional restrictions to membership, any female professional from any given field may become a member. |
