The 2011-2012 WBN calendar year is full of exciting new initiatives, inspiring speakers, and lots of opportunities for us to get together, socialize and network. I hope you’re as excited as I am!
Our vision for this year is to strengthen the existing foundation to create a solid platform upon which we can all grow our network, personally and professionally. With that in mind, we have planned a wide variety of activities—from breakfast meetings to revolving lunches to after hour events—that are not only informative and engaging, but also a fun way to network and develop relationships. We also encourage open channels of communication between all members with a monthly newsletter (chock full of the latest events and updates) and an active social media presence. The strength of our group comes from the volume and diversity of its membership. I encourage each and every one of you to spread the word about WBN, so that we can grow together. Let’s make it our goal to serve as ambassadors for each other and for the group—let’s not forget that our network is our net worth. Join me in my endeavor to make WBN a vast network and resource with limitless potential.
For those of you that are already members, I invite you to make the most out of your membership. Be active and involved, and I can assure you that the more you put in, the more value you will receive. And for those of you that are considering joining, I invite you to attend a complimentary meeting to see for yourself just how amazing this group is!
